Project Title: USAID “Municipal Heating Reform” Project (MHRP)

ESCO "Ecological Systems" worked under MHRP Task "Assist Municipalities with Energy Planning, with Developing, Implementing and Monitoring Comprehensive Municipal Energy Efficiency Programs". Three Ukrainian cities - Kherson, Pavlograd and Kupiansk - were selected by the MHR Project for implementation of Municipal Energy Planning process.

ESCO "Ecological Systems" conducted the following types of activities in each of the selected cities:

• Training of energy managers and city government on MEP process;
• Assistance and consulting on MEP development to the selected city;
• Conducting necessary energy audits of 15 exemplary buildings (10 residential and 5 public buildings);
• Conducting energy audits of district heating systems;
• Economic evaluation of investment projects.
